Who is Mrs. Gagan Chouhan?
Mrs. Gagan Chouhan is not only the founder but also the motivational force behind the values and success of the academy. She has extensive experience working in childcare and elderly support services. She has professional training in nursing, child development, and elderly care. She understands what it means to extend pure care and has made it her objective to share that information with others.
A Quick Look at Her Journey
Before starting the academy, Mrs. Gagan Chouhan had many years of experience working with families and health services, putting into practice nanny care, child psychology, and compassionate care, and had done countless certified courses to boost her knowledge in nursing and senior care; we could conclude she was well-established both in training and service.
The Vision and Mission
Her vision is simple – to create a safe, professional, and skilled work-force of nannies and caregivers who are ready to serve with compassion. The mission of Mother Teresa Nanny Academy is to empower women with professional training and to assist families in finding caring, knowledgeable, well-trained and trustworthy nannies to take care of their children, or elderly loved ones.
How She Started
The academy opened in 2025, however, her dream to have an academy started years ago. After seeing many families struggling to find reliable care, and numerous women wanting to learn a profession that gives them the opportunity to provide for themselves, Mrs. Gagan Chouhan decided to act bridging the unpaid work and looking for paid work is a challenge. She faced many challenges from finding resources to building trust within the community; yet she became as acclimated to the job obstacles, practice, and humanitarian challenges in a short period of time – all it took was heart.
